Getting started

What Rytmia is

The problem Rytmia solves for cleaning companies, and what the platform keeps connected.

Rytmia is an operations platform for cleaning companies. It holds one job together from the first quote, through scheduling and field work, to the invoice data at the end.

The problem it solves

Most cleaning companies do not lack information. They have too much of it, in too many places.

What was agreed sits in a quote or an email. Who is working sits in a calendar or a group chat. What actually happened on site sits in a text message, a photo on someone’s phone, or nowhere at all. When it is time to invoice, the office rebuilds the story from all of it — and the parts that are missing become a phone call, a guess, or a credit note.

Rytmia removes the rebuilding step. The quote, the order, the shift, the check-in, the checklist answers, the reported problems, and the billing adjustments all stay attached to the same job. When the office opens a completed shift, everything that happened is already there.

What stays connected

What you set up What it becomes
Client and service location Where the work is carried out and how to get in
Service, checklist and price What is done, and what it costs
Quote A decision the client makes, recorded
Order A one-time visit or a recurring schedule
Work shift One dated visit, staffed with people and equipment
Review The office’s check before anything is billed
Billing batch Draft invoice data for your accounting system

Three surfaces, one source

Rytmia is not one app trying to serve everyone. It is three surfaces over the same data:

  • The office app is where you run the business: clients, quotes, orders, scheduling, review, billing, and administration. This is the dense, full-featured surface.
  • The mobile app is for the field team: today’s jobs, directions, access details, check-in and check-out, checklists, and reporting problems.
  • The client portal is a lightweight page a client reaches through a secure link, to accept or decline a quote.

Permissions are enforced in one place for all three, so what a person may see or change does not depend on which surface they open.

What Rytmia is not

  • It is not an employee tracking product. Location is recorded at check-in and check-out, as a record of attendance. Rytmia does not follow anyone through the day.
  • It is not your accounting system. Rytmia prepares reviewed work as draft invoice data and hands it over; the invoice itself is issued in your invoicing system.
  • It is not a general-purpose project tool. It is built around the way recurring and one-off site visits actually work.
