Log in with BankID

You log in to Rytmia with BankID. There is no password and no code by text message. Logging in works the same way whether you are a coworker in the app, work in the office on the web, or are a client in the client portal.

Your phone number and email are only used to reach you. You can’t log in with them.

On a computer

1. Go to office.rytmia.app if you work at a company, or portal.rytmia.app if you are a client, and choose Log in.
2. A QR code appears. Open the BankID app on your phone, tap the QR symbol and scan the code.
3. Enter your security code in the BankID app and select Identify.

The page logs you in by itself once you have identified yourself. If you have BankID on the computer, choose BankID on this device below the QR code instead.

On your phone

1. Tap Log in with BankID in the Rytmia app, or Log in in the client portal.
2. Tap Open BankID.
3. Identify yourself in the BankID app. You then come back to Rytmia.

If your BankID is on another phone, choose BankID on another device and scan the QR code with that phone.

The app keeps you logged in on your phone. You don’t have to log in again every time you open it.

The first time

When you identify yourself, Rytmia looks you up by your BankID. What happens next depends on whether someone has invited you.

You have been invited

If your employer has invited you, or a company has invited you to its client portal, the page You’re invited appears straight after BankID. Answer each invitation:

• Join … for an invitation to work at a company.
• Open the client portal of … for an invitation to a company’s client portal.
• Decline … if you don’t want to join.

If you are new to Rytmia, you then confirm your name on the page Your name. The name comes from BankID, and you can change it if you go by something else. It is how the company and everyone else in Rytmia see you.

An invitation to the client portal comes with a link by text message or email. Open the link and log in from there. An invitation to work at a company has no link: open the app or rytmia.app and log in with BankID, and Rytmia finds the invitation.

Rytmia finds no account

If it says No Rytmia account, there is no invitation for your BankID.

• Waiting for an invitation from your employer? Ask them to check the invitation. It is found by your personnummer, so one wrong digit means it isn’t found. See Invite coworkers.
• Waiting for an invitation to the client portal? Open the link in the invitation, and it is found.
• Want to start using Rytmia in your own company? Confirm your name, accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and choose Create account. You get an organization of your own to start in.

If you identified yourself with the wrong BankID, choose Log in with another BankID.

Start another organization

If you are already logged in on the web and want to start another organization, open the organization switcher and choose Other organization…. You become the owner of the new organization and keep the organizations you already belong to.

If logging in doesn’t go through

The login was cancelled or took too long. You cancelled in the BankID app, or didn’t scan or identify yourself in time. For security reasons there is a time limit. Choose Try again.

BankID is not available right now. BankID isn’t answering. Wait a moment and try again.

Logging in with BankID needs JavaScript. Turn on JavaScript in your browser and reload the page.

If you don’t have BankID

You can’t log in to Rytmia without BankID.

• Coworkers: talk to your employer. An invitation needs a personnummer, so someone who doesn’t have one yet can’t be invited.
• Clients: you don’t need the client portal to receive a quote. Ask the company to send it as a PDF and answer them directly, and they record your acceptance. See Send a quote and get it signed.

Try Rytmia without an account

If you just want to see how Rytmia works, choose Try Rytmia without an account below the login on office.rytmia.app. You get into a sample company that stays open for 24 hours. No account is needed, and nothing you do there reaches anyone.
