Getting started

Give support access

What happens when Rytmia support asks to use Rytmia as you, and how to approve or decline with BankID.

Sometimes Rytmia support needs to see what you see to be able to help you. Support then asks to use Rytmia as you, in one of your organizations. That only happens if you approve it yourself with BankID.

On the web

The request appears as the box Support is asking for access, wherever you are in the organization. It says who at support is asking and which organization it concerns.

  • Choose Give support access and sign with BankID to approve.
  • Choose Decline if you don’t want to.

In the app

The app shows Rytmia support is asking for access. Tap Answer to open the request.

  • Tap Approve with BankID and sign to approve.
  • Tap Decline if you don’t want to.

The request shows how long it is valid, for example The request is valid until 14:30.

What you approve

The BankID app shows what you are signing, for example:

Give support access. I let Erik at Rytmia support use Rytmia as me in Städbolaget AB, once.

The approval applies once, to the person at support and the organization it names. Support then uses Rytmia as you in that organization, for one session. If support needs access again another time, they have to ask again.

If you decline, nothing more happens. Support can ask again if needed.

While support uses Rytmia as you, they can’t delete your account or the organization, and they can’t approve a new access request on your behalf.
